Introduction​

In addition to the requirement for using the logo, please refer to the instructions below in order to best demonstrate the payment with MoMo on your website/app.

DISPLAY​

For users who are partners and have a desire to demonstrate the payment method with MoMo (payment page, payment settings page,...), you need to:

  • Separate MoMo E-Wallet from other e-wallet payment methods (you will want to define the correct type of e-wallet the customer is looking for to make an appropriate order).
  • Use the MoMo logo under any circumstances. This is the primary element in our brand identity.
  • Use MoMo logo without a wordmark (Due to the small image size, Mobile Money wordmark can not be seen).
  • On the checkout page, there should be a payment method selection box, accompanied by the MoMo logo (compulsory) and an according description.
  • Recommend MoMo as the preferred payment method (ranked on top).

USE MOMO NAME​

MoMo's trademark is used on your checkout page, representing all payment types that MoMo offers:

  • Pay with MoMo E-Wallet (use MoMo logo)
  • Pay with ATM card (via MoMo's payment gateway) (use the Powered By MoMo badge included in the description)

Notice: Our brand is properly written as MoMo, with two capitals "M" and two lowercases "o". Any other written forms such as MOMO, momo, Momo,... are not acceptable. Using the right brand name in all interfaces and documents, contracts,... is a way to show your respect for us, just as we do for our partners.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT WORDS​​

In a given context​

Once your checkout page clearly shows "Select the payment method":

  • Only need to use Ví MoMo (in Vietnamese) or MoMo E-Wallet (in English) to illustrate the back of MoMo's logo.
  • In case of online payment using ATM card (Napas) powered by MoMo, please use the phrase Domestic ATM card, accompanied with the Powered By MoMo badge behind it.

Without a given context​

When the phrase "Select a payment method" is not available, for each option, please specify the type of "Pay with...". For example, use the phrase Pay with MoMo E-Wallet, or briefly Pay with MoMo in case of lack of space.
