INTRODUCTION

Allows users to hide tickets to archives, view tickets or create new tickets.

How to access

  • Login to Mini App Center
  • Select a Mini App List
  • Select the Mini App you want to manage support tickets
  • Choose Support Ticket > Ticket List image

CREATE SUPPORT TICKET

From Mini App Center Homepage, click on Support ticket in left Menu and click on Ticket List. Click on button Create Ticket. image

Now fill your support ticket information. Click on button Submit when your form is completed. image

REPLY TO SUPPORT TICKET

From Mini App Center Homepage, click on Support ticket in left Menu and click on Ticket List. Click on view of the ticket you need to reply. image In ticket details. You will fill in the content to answer and attach the corresponding files for exchange. Then you select the reply icon button to send the content to the ticket. image After reply image

ARCHIVE SUPPORT TICKET

From App Center Homepage, click on Support ticket in left Menu and click on Ticket List. Click Archives Your support ticket needs to be archived. image From App Center Homepage, click on Support ticket in left Menu and click on Archives to view archive tickets. image
